Talk to employer and tell him to your wages immediately. You shouldn't care about client or any one else. If you left the company then he should pay you withing 15 days. If he says he will pay after two months 3 months then he will just changed his address and you wont be able to track him down.
So talk to him and tell him if you dont receive a check in 1 week you will file a complaint in DOL wages and service division and also file a lawsuit in court too.

Hi,
Could you please advice for the below case.
Entered US on H4 in 2005, then got H1 approved in 2006. But was never on project with H1, hence no pay stubs. Currently H1 has expired and planning to go India for H4 stamping. Will there be any problems regarding the H1 period where there were no Paystubs?

I left it blank and specifically asked my attorney if i can leave it blank , he said its ok .
If it is filled, it is okay, not filled, still it is okay... Its probably more important for East Asian countries who do not work in English such as Korea or China. For the places which works in English, its no big deal...
Please note that the form is intended to help Law Agencis in USA such as FBI/CIA to find authenticate the info provided by you. They might contact your home country cops to find out more about you. In case where home country cop may not know English, they would want to know native lang name so that Home Country cop can read it....Most places can read-write English now a days....So this is not an issue....

Hey did you get the receipt notices(485/ead/aos) mailed to you directly from USCIS or it went to your attorney?
EAD and AP receipt notices are mailed to me. I-485 receipt notices are mailed to me. I don't remember receiving I140 receipt notice

Its better to get rejected 2 or 3 times for student visa or H1 visa and give up on "coming to USA idea" than to get those and than suspend your life for 10 years after that until you get your greencard.
Those 10 years, the most productive years, are spent boiling blood over labor, 140, 485, namecheck, EAD, Advance parole, fingerprinting, H1 transfer, immigration lawyers, backlog centers, retrogression, RFE, no payraise, no promotions, prozac, zoloft, lunesta, layoff fears, H1 status fears, bench(oops), etc. etc. etc.

Hello,
My wife is applying for a good job at the European Union, and I do not see why can't she get accepted. We've been stuck in this mess for a while and I am getting tired of irrespectful treatment when entering the country, even when you are here legally, limited career, etc,etc
We can legally work in Europe, but how is the market in Belgium for an electrical engineer (firmware, hardware, project manager exp)?
Anybody have any experience or know something about it? salaries, cost of live, etc

While your I-140 is in MTR process, you can switch to another job on h1b and start PERM process and then I-140 immediately. Since your 6 years on h1b are up, make sure the new process qualifies you for further h1b extensions(beyond 6 years) based on 365 day rule.
My guess is, if your I-140 gets denied, your h1b with 3 years of validity is not going to be valid any longer. Because you got that extension based on your previous labor and I-140. You have to jump to new GC process as soon as possible.
Also, talk to your lawyer. Hold my opinion as mere opinion.

I filed my H1 extension in late February and got it approved in mid March. This was not premium processing.
It was the extension beyond 6th year. Extension got approved for 3 years since 140 is thru. My current H1 expires in August and the extension will go into effect from then. I've been with the same company for last 6 years and had no issues.

I haven't yet printed out the form, however, the following page should help you. It is my understanding that you would be able to save the form locally in a format that can be opened only through the Department of State's website. Once you have completed the form, you would be able to print it out. Please check this site for further queries:

Though my in-laws had an early appointment(945am, Chennai Consulate India) last month, they got their PP next day only. So they had to stay one more day in Chennai.
